This modern house design located on Lake Washington was occupying the border between land and water. Young family live here so they renovated their cottage in order to provide a space for contemporary lifestyles. They keep things well as friendly and casual-scale beach cabin feel but adds a new 400 square meters of land and the level of 1000 square meters on the second floor.

Which gives them more brightly in the room with skin made of cedar wood and glass that instill warmth and transparency.
