Belyea Faigin Modern Residence is located between Ballard and Phinney Ridge. In the house there is a studio space, space center, dining area and the floor above the main room there. This home also has a design of window glass, to make room look wider than the original. Modern impression is very visible when we went into the house. Modern impression can be seen in the use of materials, structure and detail of the roof of the house. The design concept allowed to use simple forms, aluminum windows, vivid paint colors and sleek but modest finishes. The addition has allowwed the family to work, entertain and live in one place.
