Architecture Wind Protected House Design with Glazed Walls

This Wind Protected House Design is located in Niulii, Hawaii, is one of the houses located in hilltop Hawaii. The scene at the top of the hill is very beautiful and the house was built to capture all the amazing sights, but in the region of constant winds blowing from 10 to 40-knots-per-hour.
House roof is made with the same angle hill, useful to protect from strong winds blowing. Using glass-glass walls so that they can capture great scenery and beautiful ocean around. They also make home interiors filled with natural light throughout the day. The building is anchored to the land on a rock base through steel tie downs that are visually laced into the rafters and pinned into the stone foundation. [Cutler Anderson Architects]
